Emerging from stealth mode, StackEngine said Wednesday that it has received $1 million in seed funding from Silverton Partners and LiveOak Venture Partners. Based in Austin, Texas, StackEngine is a platform that gives companies the power to deploy, manage and scale Docker applications.
