SimpleReach raises $9 mln
SimpleReach said March 8 that it raised $9 million in funding led by Spring Mountain Capital. SimpleReach, of New York, is a content data platform. SimpleReach also said that Hal Muchnick was named its new chief executive. Edward Kim, the company’s founder who has served as CEO since 2010, will become executive chairman.
