Siparex Group has held a final close of Siparex MidCap 3 at €170 million, nine months after holding its first close at €100 million. The fund is expected to the follow the same investment strategy as its predecessor but with scope to invest outside of France, in Italy, Spain, Belgium or Germany. The fund’s ticket size will be between €3 and €12 million.
Siparex MidCap 2 closed in June 2012 at €130 million. The fund primarily targeted France but counted two Italian companies in its portfolio of 25 companies.
