Siparex raises €315m

The private equity group strengthens its position as a mid-market investor.

Siparex ETI 4 has held a final close at €315 million. The firm’s fourth mid-market vehicle makes investments of up to €30 million in independent growth companies.

Around 75 percent of the limited partners in Siparex ETI 4 were historic investors in the firm.

Siparex MidMarket 3 raised a total of €200 million at its final close in February 2014.
