SK Capital agrees to buy business unit from PolyOne Corp in $775 mln deal

SK Capital agreed to acquire Performance Products & Solutions business from maker of specialized polymer materials PolyOne Corp in a deal valued at about $775 million. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
