Skimlinks Raises $4.5M

Skimlinks, maker of an in-text monetization platform for Web publishers, has raised $4.5 million in Series B funding led by Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. The company, which is also backed by 500startups, Venrex Investment Management, Sussex Place Ventures, The Accelerator Group, and the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, has raised a total of $7.5 million to date.
