Skytap Inc reels in $45 mln Series E
Skytap Inc, a public cloud provider, has closed $45 million in Series E funding. Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing led the round. In conjunction with the funding, Hillel Moerman, managing director who co-heads PCI, will join Skytap's board of directors while Matthew Dorr, a member of PCI, will become a board observer.
