SL Green to take a majority stake in Manhattan office building

SL Green Realty Corp, a New York City-based real estate investment trust, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in 460 West 34th Street, a Manhattan office building. The price of the acquisition is $440 million. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2019.
