Slacker Adds $9.6 Million
Slacker Inc., a San Diego-based maker of portable music devices, has secured $9.6 million of a $10.2 million third round of venture funding, according to a regulatory filing. It had previously raised $54.5 million from Centennial Ventures, Rho Ventures, Austin Ventures, Mission Ventures and Sevin Rosen Funds. www.slacker.com
