Slate Capital buys BSI

Slate Capital Group has bought Hanover, Maryland-based Broadcast Sports Inc, a provider of wireless technology and communications systems solutions for sports TV broadcasting. The seller was L-3 Communications Corporation. No financial terms were disclosed.
