Socure fetches $30 mln Series C
New York City-based Socure, a provider of identity verification and fraud prevention services, has raised $30 million in Series C funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Commerce Ventures, Flint Capital, Two Sigma Ventures, Synchrony and Sorenson Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Rory O’Driscoll, a partner at Scale Venture Partners, is joining Socure's board of directors.
