Softvision buys Momentus Software

Softvision LLC, a Tower Arch Capital portfolio company, said May 31 that it has acquired Momentus Software. Financial terms weren’t announced. Momentus, of Vancouver, is a technology agency offering a research & development lab, solutions consultancy, and technology delivery.
