Silicon Valley-based Cloudian, a software company, has secured $94 million in Series E funding. The investors included Digital Alpha, Eight Roads Ventures, Goldman Sachs, INCJ, JPIC, NTT DOCOMO Ventures Inc. and WS Investments.
