Soundcore-backed PumpMan acquires ABC Electric Corp

PumpMan Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired New York-based ABC Electric Corp, a provider of field services such as motor rewind, pump repair, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting. No financial terms were disclosed.
