Soundcore-backed SCA fetches $60 mln from Comerica
Comerica Inc has provided a $60 million credit facility to Sweeping Corporation of America, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners. The capital infusion will be used for add-on acquisitions and growth initiatives. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel for SCA on the transaction. Based in Cleveland, SCA is a power sweeping company.
