Soundcore Capital buys Sweeping Corp, Sani-Tech JetVac
Soundcore Capital Partners LLC has acquired Sweeping Corporation of America Inc. Financial terms weren’t allowed. Sweeping Corp, of Nashville, provides street sweeping, catch basin cleaning & ancillary services to the Southeast region of the United States. At the same time, Soundcore also acquired Sani-Tech JetVac Services LLC, which provides storm and waste water services for customers in the greater Southeast. Soundcore was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
