Spanos Barber Jesse & Co. Fund I raises $204 mln
Spanos Barber Jesse & Co. said Tuesday that its debut fund closed at $204 million, above its original $150 million target. SBJ Fund LP invests in lower middle-market consumer, business services and healthcare services companies with up to $100 million in revenue. Fund I will provide private equity and debt in control and non-control situations.
