Spectrum Equity, TA Associates Back BATS

BATS Global Markets said on Wednesday that private equity firms Spectrum Equity and TA Associates acquired minority stakes in the U.S. and European exchange operator from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc, Reuters news service reported.
