SpeedCast Completes Elektrikom Satellite Services Buyout

Hong Kong-based global network and satellite communications service provider SpeedCast has completed a buyout of Elektrikom Satellite Services, a maritime satellite communications service provider based in the Netherlands. TA Associates is SpeedCast's majority shareholder.
