Splunk to acquire VC-backed Phantom Cyber for about $350 mln
Splunk Inc has agreed to acquire Phantom Cyber Corp, a security automation provider, for about $350 million. The deal is expected to close during the first half of this year. Phantom Cyber's backers included TechOperators and Blackstone.
