SpringSoft Buying Certess
SpringSoft Inc. (Taiwan: 2473) has agreed to acquire Certess Inc., a Campbell, Calif.-based provider of EDA software for IC design. No financial terms were disclosed. Certess has raised around $7.2 million from Index Ventures and Quest Management. www.certess.com
