SSM Partners exits Datacert

SSM Partners said Monday that it has sold its stake in Third Coast Holdings dba Datacert. The exit is part of Wolters Kluwer's acquisition of Datacert. According to SSM, the transaction gives Third Coast Holdings a valuation of $290 million. Based in Houston, Datacert is a provider of enterprise legal management solutions for law firms and general counsel offices in the U.S.
