STAAR Surgical Company adds Abrams Capital's ex general counsel Wall to board

Monrovia, California-based STAAR Surgical Company, a maker of implantable lenses and delivery systems for the eye, has named William P. Wall to its board of directors. Wall is the former general counsel at Abrams Capital. He was also a founding partner of Andover Capital.
