Stage Fund buys Cymmetria

Stage Fund has acquired Tel Aviv and Denver-based Cymmetria, a cybersecurity firm. No financial terms were disclosed. In addition to the acquisition, Daniel Frydenlund, CEO of Stage Fund, has been appointed chairman of the Cymmetria board of directors.
