Starfish Ventures backs Australia-based DesignCrowd - TechCrunch
According to TechCrunch, DesignCrowd has closed $3 million in funding. Starfish Ventures was the lead investor. The site also reports that DesignCrowd will use the capital to open a U.S. office as well as "scale its international marketing." Based in Sydney, Australia, DesignCrowd is a crowdsourcing marketplace for freelance designers.
