Starwood, Trinity and Vanderbilt acquire RTP
Starwood Capital, Trinity Capital and Vanderbilt Partners have acquired Park Point at Research Triangle Park in Raleigh North Carolina. The buyers plan on investing more than $100 million into the property to redevelop and reposition the 95-acre site.
