Stealth BioTherpeutics racks up $100 mln
Newton, Massachusetts-based Stealth BioTherapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, has secured $100 million in funding via two convertible notes. Nan Fung Technology's Pivotal Beta led the round with participation from other investors that included Atlantis Investment Management, BVCF Management, CMBC Capital Holdings, Kingdon Capital, Ocean Equity Partners, Sagamore Investments and Morningside Venture.
