Steele Compliance Solutions Inc, a portfolio company of Bregal Sagemount, has acquired Compliance Wave LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Compliance Wave, of Red Bank, New Jersey, provides a library of over 2,000 micro-learning & communication tools in more than 30 languages.
