Sun Capital’s PaperWorks Buys Rosmar Packaging

Sun Capital Partners’ Paperworks Industries, which it formed in September 2008 with the purchase of a pair of paper mills, has rolled in yet another asset with the acquisition of Rosmar Packaging. The Florida-based PE firm has also acquired other assets to boost Paperworks’ development since 2008.
