Superflex attracts $9.6 mln Series A

Superflex, a powered clothing company spun out of SRI International, has secured $9.6 million in Series A funding. Global Brain led the round with participation from Horizons Ventures, Root Ventures and Sinovation Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Zak Murase of Global Brain and Wendy Yu of Horizons have been added to Superflex's board.
