Susquehanna launches Susquehanna Private Capital
Susquehanna International Group LLP said Jan. 31 that it has launched Susquehanna Private Capital LLC (SPC). SPC will target buyouts of middle market companies in the domestic U.S. in sectors including aerospace, industrials, consumer, healthcare, and business and government services. Susquehanna named Leo Helmers managing director and group head of SPC. Hemers was previously was managing partner of LMZ Partners as well as a managing director at the Carlyle Group.
