SVPGlobal adds two finance vets to advisory council

Strategic Value Partners has appointed Goran Puljic and David Weaver to its advisory council. Puljic is a former partner at Oak Hill Advisors while Weaver is the ex-board chairman and CEO of Jefferies International.
