SwanCap Opportunities Fund III has held a final close at €433 million, surpassing its initial target of €400 million. The vehicle invests in the midmarket through primary funds, co-investments and secondaries focused on North America and Europe.
The fund’s investor base includes pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, endowments and family offices.
