Symphogen Adds €33 Million

Symphogen AS, a Copenhagen-based developer of recombinant polyclonal antibodies, has raised €33 million in fifth-round funding. Return backer Essex Woodlands Health Ventures led the round. Symphogen had previously raised the equivalent of $112 million from firms like Essex Woodlands, Novo AS, Takeda Research Investment and Gilde Healthcare Partners.
