TA Associates buys Conservice

TA Associates said June 8 that it invested in Conservice. Financial terms weren’t announced. Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, the seller, will remain an investor. Logan, Utah-based Conservice provides utility management software and billing solutions to property owners and managers. Goodwin Procter provided legal counsel services to TA Associates. Perkins Coie served as legal counsel to Conservice.
