TA Associates hires COO/general counsel and chief portfolio officer

TA Associates has announced two strategic hires in newly created senior roles. Jeffrey C. Hadden has joined as chief operating officer and general counsel and Kevin L. Masse has joined the firm as chief portfolio officer. Both serve in TA’s Boston office.
