TA Associates has promoted 13 investment staff members in the Boston, London, Menlo Park and Mumbai offices. Promotions included Ashutosh Agrawal, who moved to managing director from director out of the Menlo Park office; Roy Burns, who was made managing director from director in the Boston office; Mark Carter, who was promoted to managing director from director in Boston and Jason Werlin, who was made managing director in the Menlo Park.
