TA buys single strategy business from Old Mutual Wealth for $802.5 mln

Old Mutual Wealth said Dec. 19 that it has agreed to sell single strategy asset management business to TA Associates for 600 million pounds ($802.5 million). The single strategy business reported funds under management of 25.7 billion pounds as of Sept. 30, while net client cash flow for the nine months to 30 September 2017 was £3.5 billion.
