Tactile Systems Technology Inc., a medical device maker and provider of at-home lymphedema treatment, has raised $10.4 million in Series B financing. Radius Ventures led the round. Galen Partners also participated in the round of financing. Tactile Systems is headquartered in Minneapolis.
