Tailwind Capital said Tuesday it has closed its previously announced sale of Re Transportation Inc. to Kuehne + Nagel Investment Inc., the U.S. affiliate of Kuehne + Nagel International AG. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Memphis-based Re Transportation is a freight shipping and trucking company. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. advised Tailwind.
