TBG's Sports Media Entertainment to buy MMP, also changes name
Sports Media Entertainment Corp, a portfolio company of TBG Holdings, has agreed to acquire Multimedia Platforms LLC, a publishing and tech firm that focuses on the LGBT market. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Sports Media Entertainment Corp has changed its name to Multimedia Platforms Inc.
