Telesphere Buying Unity Business Network
Telesphere, a Phoenix-based-based business phone and Internet services provider, has agreed to acquire Unity Business Networks, a provider of IP services in the Denver, Portland, Ore. and Minneapolis/St. Paul markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Telesphere has raised around $25 million in VC funding from firms like Rally Capital, Hawkeye Investments and Greenspun Corporation.
