The Foschini Group buys Phase Eight for $362.1 mln

TowerBrook Capital Partners has sold Phase Eight to The Foschini Group in a deal valued at £238 million (US$362.1 million). Phase Eight is a womenswear brand that sells wedding dresses, knitwear and evening wear. Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Rothschild and Deloitte advised TowerBrook.
