Thomas H. Lee Partners LP said Wednesday that it has acquired a majority stake in Healthcare Staffing Services via a recapitalization. Financial terms weren’t announced. Altaris Capital Partners was the seller. Healthcare Staffing provides healthcare staffing including traveling nurses.
