Thrive merges with BizCompass

Thrive, a portfolio company of M/C Partners, said April 12 that it has completed a merger with BizCompass. Financial terms weren’t announced. BizCompass, of Westbrook, Maine, is a managed services provider (MSP) serving the greater Portland area.
