Tiger Infrastructure to buy Danskammer Energy

Tiger Infrastructure said Sept. 14 that it agreed to buy Danskammer Energy LLC from Mercuria Energy Group. Agate Power is also investing. Financial terms weren’t announced. Danskammer Energy owns Danskammer Generation Station, a 500 MW gas-fired power plant located near Newburgh, New York.
