Tonix Pharmaceuticals Adds $1M

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp., a specialty pharmaceutical company developing treatments for disorders of the central nervous system, has raised $1.0 million in gross proceeds from a private placement offering with Technology Partners, the company announced Thursday.
