Tonka Bay Equity Announces Circuit Check Dividend Recap
Minnesota private equity firm Tonka Bay Equity Partners completed a dividend recapitalization of its portfolio company, Circuit Check Holdings, which provides test solutions for printed circuit board assemblies.
