Tooling Technology buys G.H. Tool & Mold

Tooling Technology Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired G.H. Tool & Mold Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Washington, Missouri-based G.H. Tool designs and makes high-quality tooling for die casters in the automotive, outdoor products and aerospace industries.
