Topspin Partners buys Polder Housewares

Topspin Partners said Tuesday that it has acquired Polder Housewares. Financial terms weren’t announced. Mamaroneck, New York-based Polder designs, markets and distributes housewares products in the kitchen storage and prep, home organization, and laundry categories.
